Sales Representative (Southern Region)

About the Role

This role is a key driver in driving sales and promoting our skincare products. It requires excellent communication skills, proactive attitude and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.  

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential customers.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Record and process customer orders, ensuring smooth delivery.
  • Maintain and expand existing customer relationships.
  • Achieve and exceed sales target.
  • Track sales target and report performance metrics to management.
  • Provide regular updates to management on activities and performance.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to plan and execute marketing campaigns.
  • Attend road shows, trade shows and networking events in collaboration with the internal team.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Assist the management in any other tasks as assigned by the management from time to time.

Requirements

  • 6-months sales experience preferably in skincare/cosmetics line. Fresh grads are also welcome. 
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, agile, proactive, willing to learn.
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team and part of company.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
  • Able to drive, possess valid driver’s license and have own transport.
