About the Role
This role is a key driver in driving sales and promoting our skincare products. It requires excellent communication skills, proactive attitude and ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Â
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential customers.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Record and process customer orders, ensuring smooth delivery.
- Maintain and expand existing customer relationships.
- Achieve and exceed sales target.
- Track sales target and report performance metrics to management.
- Provide regular updates to management on activities and performance.
- Collaborate with the internal team to plan and execute marketing campaigns.
- Attend road shows, trade shows and networking events in collaboration with the internal team.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices.
- Assist the management in any other tasks as assigned by the management from time to time.
Requirements
- 6-months sales experience preferably in skincare/cosmetics line. Fresh grads are also welcome.Â
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, agile, proactive, willing to learn.
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team and part of company.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Able to drive, possess valid driver’s license and have own transport.
